Heather & Jared Engagement Session - Plus two!

Raelyn shot Heather's bridal on Friday, and then we shot Heather and Jared's engagements on Sunday, so I'm sure Heather is plenty tired of smiling by now! :) We had a great time shooting their engagements, and they also brought their two little basset hounds for the very end of the shoot. The first pic on the blog was actually taken last, but it was one of my fave so it's first on my list!

I mean come on - Look at those faces!!!! Yeah, I know, I'm a sucker for dogs :)

Heather's Bridal Session

After the heavy rains and hail on Thursday we were worried that Heather's bridal on Friday afternoon at the Arboretum might get a little muddy but armed with sheets we gave it a shot and it turned out to be a beautiful day. While we were shooting Heather got many compliments from onlookers at the Arboretum and she did look gorgeous! Stay tuned for some shots from Heather and her fiancee Jarred's engagement shoot which we also did this weekend.

Lisa's Bridal Session

We shot Lisa's bridals at the Chandor gardens in Weatherford where she's also having her wedding in May. We had a great time shooting her portraits, and the wedding is going to be absolutely beautiful. We usually go a bit black & white crazy with photos, but Lisa's got such great color with her beautiful red hair and blue eyes that we just didnt post anything in black and white this time - very rare for me :)

Shay's Bridal Session

We have a TON of bridals coming up in the next fews week. Shay started out our bridal portrait streak this weekend and she was so much fun to work with. Up for anything and incredibly photogenic - just how we like it! Enjoy:

Liz & Rob's Engagements - with a Luke cameo

This past Sunday we photographed Liz & Rob's engagement session. Rob's 8 year-old son tagged along so we were able to get some cute family shots also! They're such an easy couple to get along with so we had a great time. They're getting married in Mexico, and no matter how much I pleaded they already had a photographer lined up :(, but we will be doing their Texas reception in May so that should be super fun! I hope you two have an amazing time in Mexico and we can't wait to shoot the reception!!! Oh, and a personal thank you to Luke for his patience and willingness to join in on the photo fun!

Keegan & Michael's Wedding - "It's the end of the world as we know it"

Keegan & Michael are just the cutest couple ever. We got to know them during their engagement shoot at the State Fair and couldn't wait to do their wedding. They were married last Saturday at Millermore Lawn in the Dallas Heritage Village. It was such a great scenic area there and we had lots of fun incorporating the century old homes and buildings in the photos.

Their sense of humor was shown throughout the day, ie. they walked down the aisle as a newly married couple to the REM song "It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)." Gotta love it! The reception was held at Level 2 Events located in Dallas' West End. Congrats Keegan & Michael - we wish you all the best!!!

Isaac Hill - The Easter Baby!

Talk about great timing! Isaac Hill, Amanda & Aaron's new-born, came into the world in the wee hours of the morning on March 23, Easter! We drove down to Kileen to get photos of the new family member and he is just the cutest little guy ever! Hard to believe my childhood friend is now a mother! Love you Amanda & Aaron AND Isaac! :) He is just too adorable, and I know he's in good hands!!!

The look on Aaron's face is priceless! You can tell he's so happy to be a father to this little guy :)
