Miranda & Hector's Wedding

Summer is coming to an end and our weddings have picked back up! We start our wedding marathon month with Miranda and Hector's wedding which took place this weekend in Rockwall. They both are so sincere and sweet people: ) Miranda was a bridesmaid at Anna & Todd's wedding which is how we met them, Anna even did Miranda's hair for her big day! Enjoy the photos!!!

Senior Portraits with the Greenhill gang

We were so excited to shoot these girls' senior portraits this weekend! It's a first for us so we're really excited to dabble in something new. We shot individuals of Monica, Rugini and Nupi for their senior year book and then their friends Michelle and Brittany stopped by to hang out for a group shot. We had a lot of fun on this shoot, and wish these girls a great senior year! (don't let the senioritis kick in too early!!!)

Cris & John - Engaged!

We took a little road trip over the weekend to Cris & John's wedding site near Sherman, and I gotta say it is beautiful up there. I can't wait for the wedding in October! It's an amazing lodge in the woods, and it was a great romantic, woodsy atmosphere for the shoot. Cris and John were a lot of fun to work with, we felt so comfortable with them and hope they felt the same! Here's a sneak peek of the shoot!

The Crazy Ivans Photo shoot

We had a rockin' time photographing the new rock band The Crazy Ivans this weekend! Justin and Todd are friends and coworkers of mine at Pegasus News, so I was really excited to do this shoot for them. We also photographed Todd's wedding last year, and his wife Anna did all of the hair and make up for this shoot (and she does my hair and she's freaking awesome!). We did a photo shoot for her too a while back :)

This was a first for us and we're really excited about the shots we got. The band did a great job and I can't wait for their first gig! Check them out at myspace.com/yecrazyivans.

Celeste & Jacque - Engaged!

We had a great engagement session with Celeste & Jacque this Saturday. The weather cleared up just enough to where we had a good hour or so to get some outside shots, and then we headed inside! The winery added a great atmosphere to get some really romantic shots and we're so excited for Celeste and Jacque to see the rest! See you two in October! My favorite is the umbrella shot!!!

Celeste brought this beautiful umbrella to the shoot in case we thought of something fancy to do with it, which we did! So if you ever have anything you want to bring to the shoot don't hesitate! It can really give the photos a great personal touch!

Aerin & Alex featured in D Weddings!

Our very own Aerin and Alex have made D Weddings in the "Steal This Idea" section for this fall's issue. The two shots are photos we provided from their ceremony. The table was Aerin's mom's and happened to match the perfect shade of turquoise jewelry Aerin wore for her wedding. It turned out to be a great idea, and gave her ceremony that extra bit of detail that made it so unique! The section is on page 75 of this season's issue of D Weddings.
