Keely & Jim - an intimate wedding at the Mansion

So our very long three month vacation has come to an end (finally!) and we shot our first wedding of the year on Saturday. Keely and Jim had one of the most intimate and beautiful weddings we've shot so far. They rented a suite at The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek - held their ceremony on the terrace overlooking the Dallas skyline and had their very intimate dinner inside the suite! They had a total guest list of about 12 people which mainly included their children, Jim's parents and Keely's close friends. It was a great start to what will be a very busy wedding season for us - so stay tuned to the blog cause we have many more weddings to come, and we're ready to get busy!!!

I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that Keely had a smile on her face the entire day!

Everyone helped out with the decorating for the ceremony - this is a shot of Keely's daughter placing roses on the aisle.

They planned the timing of their ceremony perfectly - the sun begin to set right when Keely stepped into the aisle.

Santiago Family Portrait (Pre-Baby Brother)

Carlos and Janita, my cousin and his wife, are expecting another little boy in March and wanted to get a family portrait before he came. For those who have looked through the blog you've probably seen many photos of my nephew Ryan, I even got the chance to photograph him right outta the womb! And I'll be getting that chance again with his little brother! So they'll be one well documented family if I have anything to do about it :)

Ryan is too too cute, I don't sound biased at all! :) It took some work to get him to sit still for the camera, but we definitely got some great pics outta him. I love the one where he's kissing Janita's belly, and he apparently has a habit of driving his cars on his mommy's belly, so we HAD to get a shot of that. And baby brother pics should be on it's way in about a month or so! I can't wait!!! - Laura

This one is definitely my favorite! TOO CUTE!
