Cinthia and Ross's Engagement Photos in Denton

We always like to ask our couples to tell us a little about themselves to personalize their engagement sessions so Cinthia and Ross told us that they love music and literature was a big part of their lives. So what better place than a book store, and we found a great one at Recycled Books in downtown Denton. We started out with some photos around town square before heading into the shop, which, if you've never been, is huge! They seriously have something for everybody and we had a great time browsing, photographing, and getting to know Cinthia and Ross. We hope you like your photos!

We ended up in the photography section so of course we had to take a photo with our namesakes' books!

Adrienne and Jeffrey's Engagement Photos Around Dallas

When we asked Adrienne and Jeffrey to tell us a little about themselves in preparation for their engagement session they told us they loved ice cream. And we said Awesome! Our kind of couple. :) So we started off their session with an old fashioned ice cream shop feel at Hunky's Old Fashioned Hamburgers in the Bishop Arts District. Hunky's was a great location, they were super nice to let us shoot there and made Adrienne and Jeffrey a scrumptious looking coke float. Next we headed off to the West End in Dallas and then finished the session off at Prather Park where we were joined by Adrienne's adorable puppy Bishop! We had a great time with you guys and can't wait until the wedding!

More Fun at the State Fair with Stephanie & Kevin!

We got to visit the State Fair again, this time for Stephanie and Kevin's engagement session. Stephanie and Kevin visit the fair every year so it was great to get to experience it with them. We ate lots of fried food (the fried frito pie was good, fried beer not so much), managed to ride a ride kinda similar to teacups without getting too queasy, and enjoyed all the lights, sounds and activities of the midway. We had a blast and can't wait until their wedding next year, on 5-21! ;)

Olivia's & Carlos's Engagement Session at the State Fair

Bright twinkling lights, crowds of people, the smell of corn dogs in the air - it must be the State Fair! We met up with Olivia and Carlos at the fair for their engagement session on opening weekend. There was so much to see and do! We rode the carousel, played some ring toss, monkeyed around in front of the monkey maze and of course finished the night off with some shots of the fantastic ferris wheel. We had a great time with Olivia and Carlos and can't wait until their wedding next year at the Stoneleigh Hotel!

Brandi & Mark's Engagement Photos

We met up with Brandi and Mark at the Fort Worth Water Gardens, a place we haven't been to since we were little kids so it was a great blast from the past. The Quiet Pool was also a great surprise, with fantastic trees and beautiful water-stained walls. Then we drove around Fort Worth to a couple of our favorite locations. Brandi and Mark did a great job posing for us and we loved hearing their story of how they got engaged: on a romantic vacation to Paris, in front of the Eiffel Tower, on Valentines Day! It just got better and better!

Meghan & Steve Engaged!

We met up with Meghan and Steve for their engagement session at Stockyards Station, where Meghan happens to work. Luckily for us that meant we got to enjoy a little bit of the air conditioned reception rooms in between photos with the train before it sped off and the rest of the Stockyards. Meghan also hooked us up with the City Club as our next location. The last time we were at the City Club was for our senior prom in high school, so it was a nice blast from the past!
